Greenzone is an accredited Living Wage Employer. This means that every employee working for us will earn a real Living Wage.

Independently calculated, it’s an hourly rate of pay based on the actual cost of living, higher than the government’s minimum or national living wage. The real living wage is currently £9.90 in the UK, with a higher rate of £11.05 for London, reflecting the higher costs of living in the capital.

The real living wage, provides a voluntary benchmark for employers, ensuring their staff earn a wage they can live on. Over 10,000 organisations voluntarily choose to pay the real Living Wage.
